Atty. Castaneda continues to clean up her client’s criminal records
In insuring that her client’s future employment, housing and immigration status are not detrimentally affected, Atty. Castaneda files on behalf of her clients a motion to reduce a felony conviction to a misdemeanor and/or expungement. To date, no motion for a reduction of a felony conviction to a misdemeanor and motion to expunge a criminal conviction have been denied by the courts. As one client recently stated, “Atty.
