Atty. Castañeda retained by a multinational corporation
Atty. Castaneda was retained by an executive employed with a multinational corporation and who permanently resided in Santiago, Chile. Renewal of his visa to travel to and from the United States was denied due to a prior criminal conviction. Atty. Castaneda had to contact the U.S. and Chilean embassy, Department of Justice, the local court and police agency that handled the prior conviction and arrest. Due to her skillful negotiations with all these agencies, the client was finally allowed to renew his visa enabling him again to travel to the U.S. for work. The client was amazed at Atty. Castaneda’s efficiency and effectiveness in dealing with the bureaucratic personnel and in reaching a successful resolution in less than six months.
