Attorney Carina Castaneda provides finality to a client after five years of waiting for results. The client came to Attorney Castaneda after being represented by an attorney that could no longer represent her due to his medical condition. There were unresolved remaining issues from her September 4, 2018 Judgment that were of great importance to her case being litigated abroad. The opposing party had absconded with significant amount of marital funds and was now living outside of the United States. On October 12, 2023, after the trial, the Court ruled in ALL issues in favor of her client, including sanctions. The Judgment on Reserved Issues should assist the client’s attorney representing her abroad in the reimbursement of assets that has been illegally taken from the client. The client was overwhelmed with the result of the October 12, 2023 trial and simply stated to Attorney Castaneda, “I would like to say thank you very much for representing my case with an excellent judgment.”
