In insuring that her client’s future employment, housing and immigration status are not detrimentally affected, Atty. Castañeda files on behalf of her clients a motion to reduce a felony conviction to a misdemeanor and/or expungement. To date, no motion for a reduction of a felony conviction to a misdemeanor and motion to expunge a criminal conviction have been denied by the courts. As one client recently stated, “Atty. Castañeda is patient, respectful and is willing to fight for my case to make sure I get the results I want.”
